Welcome to the Office of Employee Development Payment Application

Use this application to select and process payments for Office of Employee Development (OED) hosted training.

Instructions for Credit Card Payment

  • Valid government purchase cards are the only accepted form of payment. OED cannot accept funds from non-government sources.
  • As part of the payment process you will be redirected to the pay.gov credit card processing site.
  • The payment processing will not be complete until you receive a "DOIU Tuition Payment Receipt."
  • You will need to print the "DOIU Tuition Payment Receipt" for your records. No receipt will be emailed to you.
